[Guide] How to verify VTC Pay E-wallet

From Dec, 2017, verifying VTC Pay e-wallet using bank account is one of the compulsory conditions in terms of use. According to pinciples of The State Bank of Vietnam, each e-wallet account must be linked with a bank account. This will help to reduce risks of money laundering and other commercial fraud actions. 
This article will show you 3 main steps to verify your VTC Pay e-wallet on VTC Pay's website: https://vtcpay.vn/ 
Step 1: Log in on VTC Pay website, on the default page "Account profile", Choose icon as picture below to start requesting verity account. 

Choose icon Pencil to start verify e-wallet account. 

Step 2: There are 2 cases that will show you: 
Case 1: If your account have been using a bank account to make payment, our system will suggest you as information like picture below. If does, please chooe "Verify bank account" and choose the one you have used before. 

Case 2. Choose " Verify by another way" to fill in bank account informations. 
 

2 cases to choose if you have processed payment using a bank account or not. 

Step 3: After choosing "Verify by another way", on this screen, please choose the method that you want to make verify process: 
- Option 1: Choose to verify by bank account nummber, Pls upload picture of any materials that shows information os bank account nummber. For examples, screens on internet banking, mobile banking, bank voucher, cheque,...
- Option 2: Choose to verify by bank card number. please upload 2 sides of bank card belongs to the account owner. 

After filling all needed informations in, click "verity" to make request. Your request to verify VTC Pay e-wallet will be confirmed within 24 hours of working. 

NOTICE: 
- Name of VTC Pay e-wallet owner must coincides with the name appears on bank account or bank card. 
- Each bank account can be used to verify 01 VTC Pay e-wallet account only.  
- For foreigners or oversea Vietnamese user, when uploading your international credit/debit card, you should blur CVC code and just remain 4 last digit on card. 
- Please upload your passport and blur your personal informations excepts your full name, your date of birth.
