[Guide] To Identify VTC Pay e-wallet using bank account

In order to maintain and enhence security for e-wallet account owner, VTC Pay has officially applied new secure method: Identify e-wallet account using bank account since November, 2017.  
 

 

According to a Circular released by The State bank of Vietnam, every active e-wallet must be identified by a legal local or international bank account. This secure indentify method helps to reduce risks, against high-tech glosbe. Moreover, this indentify method will be the compulsory process toward every new registered VTC Pay e-wallet account and every active accounts recently. 

To identify your VTC Pay e-wallet account, please do as following: 

Step 1: Log in at VTC Pay official website: https://vtcpay.vn/ 

At the Account profile page, choose the button as following: 

 

Step 2:  Fill your local bank account or Upload photos showing your bank account that already mentioned on contract with VTC Pay.  
 

 

Notice: Your bank account name should be matched with your company name of business VTC Pay e-wallet account or the bank account mentioned in the business contract.
