VTC Pay, a department of  VTC Company of Technology and Digital Content (VTC Intecom) is a company which take a first place in e-commerce market share in Vietnam, with 400,000 frequent user and 6,5 million transactions value monthly. So, why we have that result ? The answer is our non-stopable efforts. .

The quality of employee is the key factor for the success or failure of any company, organization and the leader, should be a man who in charge of finding and training emloyee to have a higher qualification. Know the need of this resource, VTC Pay hosted a Job Festival and Orientation programme at Vietnamese Commerce University in May 27st, 2017. In the meeting, our representative has recieved lots of questions from students about VTC Pay and other information related to payment and e-commerce field.
Presenting at the event, Mr. Viet Tran Quang had insprired those students and was open to answer every related questions. Moreover, he also become one of their 'teacher' to teach them about the fact of the market and what they would have to face if working in this touch field.

Not only care about the mission of seeking and traning employees, VTC Pay also has a huge concern in woking environment. Because it effect a lot on metal health - the key to empowered employee’s capabilities. Mr. Viet has clearly understand a quote “There is no health without mental health” - VTC Pay will not have sucess if its employee can not form up a strong mental health. In VTC Pay, employees are free to express anythings, any ideals, there is no limitation. If staffs have a ideal and want to discuss, they can go directly to director desk and discuss about it. VTC Pay has made the best working environment among others organization in the field, form working environment to out-door activities such as teambuiding or outdoor activities. We offer our staff a travel every 3months, and for free, of course. In the upcoming time, we are hosting a ITC Olympic, which is a opportunity for staff to compete each others by their favorite sport.
