28 provinces in Hanoi accept online electrictity bills payment via VTC Pay

For the first time in the online payment market in Vietnam, VTC Pay becomes the quickest way to make online electricity bills payment in the capital.
From Sep 2017, citizens in Hanoi can pay electricity bills online via VTC Pay easily on both platforms: application VTC Pay or website (https://365.vtcpay.vn)
Changing customers’ habit
For decades, Vietnamese customers are familiar with the traditional way to pay household bills: pay at the collection points or pay at home for the collector. During times, this payment methods are not suitable enough for modern customers. Recent, EVN Hanoi Company are trying to upgrade service quantity, creat the best and most save-time way for customer to pay bills online beside bills payments via post offices, local banks and bankplus service.
Coorperating with VTC Pay, EVN Hanoi affirms that it’s time to changing customers’ habit. This also might be considered as one of the greatest stride in developing services and customer support system of EVN Hanoi. It’s also promising that total 30 EVN companies in Hanoi will go live in the near future.
