Guide for the buyer sent the appeals

First you neet  to access to the website https://www.vtcpay.vn , log in your Pay VTC  account. Upon successful login , the system will display interface page ' Account Information ' as default .

Step 1: Select the transaction complaint
Just click on the menu ' Administration deals ' to display all customer transactions
At the far right corner of the corresponding information for each transaction , click the " Complaints " dealing respectively with a complaint . The system displays the screen of step 2 interface

Step 2 : Declared goods status
Here , you select the goods status ( received goods or goods not received ) selected by clicking on the corresponding status goods
Click on 'Continue ' to move to step 3

Step 3 : Send complaint
Please enter your full information necessary for the transaction of your complaint
After you enter complete information , click on the ' complaint ' to complete the process of sending your complaint .

Step 4 : Complete
The system will display the form the message " You have successfully submitted a complaint " and the process of sending your complaint has been completed
